Hey, I am Amanda Bluford. I created BLU22 to be an extension of myself as a Team USA athlete in the sport of Taekwondo. So in some kind of way it is like my baby. I hope that BLU22 can grow from not only inspiring other athletes with ideas but also from inspiring non-athletes as well. You don’t have to be a professional athlete to have access to athletic fashion and great health. Knowledge is not limited to one type of person. Through BLU22 I hope to exercise this idea by sharing my simple yet effective tips that I have gained throughout my long journey of being an elite athlete. I hope that BLU22 can inspire a little bit of that athlete that lives inside of everyone.
